At Parque Maderas we provide Design, Build and Management services to property/home owners in Southwestern Nicaragua. Our years of living and learning here have given us the knowledge and expertise to provide quality services at affordable prices.

Our designs are drawn towards sustainability, Balinese style architecture, funky third world touches, natural building materials and exposed concrete although we can build in the style in which you desire. We specialize in regenerative living systems, water systems, water purification and storage, solar hot water and edible landscaping.
