International Volunteer and Development Program (I-VOD)
The formal internship program is designed for young professionals looking to gain experience in the fields of sustainable business development, tourism, international community building and hospitality. Our program combines hands-on service with experiential learning in the beautiful coastal setting of Playa Maderas, Nicaragua.
I-VOD members participate in meaningful and rewarding projects that focus on sustainble living practices, community outreach and education, hospitality management, organic farming and cultural emersion. The location of this program offers members the unique opportunity to live in a Spanish speaking country and become a part of Nicaragua's true authentic culture.
