Kokoro is located on 4.5 acres  of land, 
	500m above (inland) the beach known as 
	Playa Maderas or Los Playones in the 
	municipality of San Juan del Sur, Rivas, 
	Nicaragua. 
	San Juan del Sur is a tranquil fishing village 
	situated on a crescent-shaped bay on the 
	Pacific coast of southern Nicaragua. The 
	picturesque bay is home to small private 
	sailing vessels and commercial fishing boats. 
	The people of San Juan del Sur make their 
	living fishing, farming and accommodating the 
	visitors who come for the beachfront restaurants 
	and laid back atmosphere. 
	The 7 acres are characterized by rugged 
	slopes/ ravines, which face the Pacific Ocean. 
	There are four creek beds on or bordering the 
	property. Two of the four are known to have 
	running water during the winter months. The 
	property is lightly forested with indigenous flora 
	characterized as tropical Pacific lowland dry 
	forest. 
	The location is walking distance to various 
	beaches and coves, which are widely known to 
	be some of the most beautiful in Nicaragua. 
	There are opportunities for various activities 
	including surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking 
	to name a few.
